King Car Kavalan Distillery: This renowned whisky distillery is one of the most famous in Taiwan. Known for its high-quality single malt whiskies, Kavalan has won numerous international awards. Visitors can take a tour of the distillery, explore the whisky museum, and enjoy tastings at the whisky tasting room. 

Yilan Distillery Chia Chi Lan Wine Museum: Built in 1909, this historic distillery is now open to the public as a museum. It offers a glimpse into the history of winemaking in Taiwan and features exhibits on the production process. Entrance is free! 

Local Breweries: While Yilan is more famous for its distilleries, there are also a few local breweries that offer craft beers. These breweries often host events and tastings, providing a chance to sample unique local brews.
